Return Policy

At Bellavibe Rome, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via contatto@bellaviberome.it within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You will send the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly advise using a shipping method with tracking and tracing.

Refund

Upon receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the product’s condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, it is the customer's responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

Politica di restituzione

Presso Bellavibe Rome, facciamo del nostro meglio per mantenere i nostri clienti soddisfatti. Tuttavia, potrebbero esserci occasioni in cui si desidera restituire un prodotto. In questo documento, spieghiamo chiaramente la nostra politica di restituzione.

Condizioni per il reso

  • È possibile richiedere un reso solo dopo aver ricevuto fisicamente l'articolo.

  • Le spese di restituzione sono interamente a carico del cliente, incluse le spese di spedizione internazionali.

  • Gli articoli devono essere inutilizzati, non lavati, non danneggiati e nelle condizioni originali, con tutte le etichette e i cartellini ancora attaccati.

  • È consentito provare gli articoli, ma non indossarli.

  • Non è consentito ordinare prodotti in più taglie con l'intento di restituirne alcuni.

Procedura di reso

  1. Segnalare il reso via e-mail a contatto@bellaviberome.it entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell'articolo.

  2. Riceverai l'indirizzo di restituzione del nostro fornitore (situato in Cina).

  3. Restituirai l'articolo a tue spese, incluse eventuali spese doganali o costi di spedizione.

  4. Si consiglia vivamente di utilizzare un metodo di spedizione con tracciamento.

Rimborso

Al ricevimento dell'articolo all'indirizzo di restituzione e dopo l'approvazione delle condizioni del prodotto, l'importo dell'acquisto sarà rimborsato entro 14 giorni tramite il metodo di pagamento originale.

Responsabilità

  • Non siamo responsabili per pacchi smarriti se il tracciamento indica che l'articolo è stato consegnato all'indirizzo fornito dal cliente.

  • Se viene fornito un indirizzo errato, la responsabilità è del cliente.

  • Gli errori nell'indirizzo devono essere segnalati entro 24 ore dalla conferma dell'ordine.
